With 30 years in nursing, I've supported many through tough times. As a veteran nurse I have experience working in mental health, addictions, critical care, palliative care, paramedicine, primary and population health. Since moving to New Zealand twenty years ago, I’ve specialized in infant/child/adolescent health and parenting, broadening and expanding my practice.

Many difficulties we face as adults stem from our childhood experiences and caregiver struggles with secure attachment and emotional regulation. These coping behaviors can be rewired with sensitivity and compassion. As a trauma-informed, sensory, and diversity-inclusive practitioner, I ensure you will feel safe, supported, and comfortable exploring any of your experiences. This is your time, so we’ll go at your pace, you’re in the driving seat here.
