How many sessions will I need?

All consultations are tailor made to support your individual needs, either as a single session or as a series of multiple sessions. For example, someone might initially choose to have Havening or Hypnotherapy, which may also evolve into aspects of coaching/NLP.

How and where can I access this?

All sessions are available either online via zoom/teams or face-to-face in Nelson/New Zealand.
